How does ordering work?
Start a custom order: pick your garment, add a design and place it on the front, back or both. We'll reply with a quote and a mockup, and nothing is made until you're happy with it.
Do I need my own design?
Not at all. Pick one of our free designs, make your own with text and icons in the designer, or upload artwork you already have.
What kind of file do you need?
An SVG (vector) file cuts best. In the designer you can also upload a PNG or JPG and we'll trace it into shapes. Bold logos and drawings work well, photos not so much. Stuck? Send us what you have.
Can you print on the back, or both sides?
Yes. Choose front, back or front & back when you order. Both sides means two designs and two pressings, so it costs a bit more. We'll include it in your quote.
What garments and sizes do you do?
Baby grows (0–24 months), kids tees (2–12 years), and adult tees, v-necks, sweatshirts and hoodies in XS–XXL with men's or ladies' fits. Tote bags too.
What's the difference between Budget, Standard and High?
It's the blank garment we buy for you. Budget is a lighter cotton, Standard is our everyday pick, and High is softer, heavier combed or ring-spun cotton that feels and washes better.
How long will it take?
Everything is cut, weeded and pressed by hand to order, so it depends on the piece and how busy we are. We'll give you a time frame with your quote.
How do I care for my print?
Wait a day before the first wash, then wash inside out in cool water. Skip bleach and fabric softener, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and never iron directly on the print.
